Champagne in the Palace
Tuesday 8 December 6.30–9.00pm
Kiri Te Kanawa Theatre, Auckland
Tickets: $250, of which $150 is a donation to the RNZB Foundation
Join the RNZB Foundation and the Royal New Zealand Ballet for a very special fundraising event at Auckland’s Kiri Te Kanawa Theatre, as we invite you to step into the magical world of The Sleeping Beauty.
Guests will enjoy a rare opportunity to venture on stage, enjoy drinks and canapes whilst experiencing the detailed beauty of the sets and costumes up close. You will then take your seats in the auditorium for an exclusive private performance of highlights from The Sleeping Beauty, including the famous Rose Adagio.
The evening will also feature a fundraising auction offering two unique experiences:
The Grand Escape - a Viking voyage values at AU$30,000 plus a Trelise Cooper Wardrobe Package to ensure you travel in style.
Behind the Curtain, a priceless opportunity to experience an RNZB performance from the wings of the stage during the 2027 Season. Enjoy a rare glimpse into the work that happens behind the scenes to produce world class performances.
All auction proceeds support the RNZB Foundation, and $150 of each $250 ticket is tax deductible. (Order confirmation and donation receipt issued by RNZB.)
This event is possible due to the generous support of Viking, Auckland Live, Trelise Cooper, Antipodes, Nautilus Estate of Marlborough and the RNZB.
